MSM/DRH Limited has been established as a leading independent forklift solutions provider since 1974, supplying a quality service for the three counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire from our base in Worcester.
Throughout this period we have made changes in our supply chain. From BKC and Cesab in the early years, to the leading Japanese product Komatsu in the 90’s. In 1998 MSM/DRH Limited were pleased to be appointed a Mitsubishi Forklift Dealer and deservedly achieved the awards of UK After Sales Dealer of the Year in 2008 and 2009, followed by UK Dealer of the Year 2010.
In 2011 MSM/DRH Limited joined the family of the Japanese giant and world’s number one manufacturer Toyota, appointed Toyota Dealership for our existing area. The full product range manufactured by Toyota, with its leading edge technology, is second to none within the forklift industry.
MSM pride ourselves on our excellent service and customer care across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire. In addition to Toyota Forklift Trucks and Sany Excavators we are agents for Combilift multi directional loaders, RCM sweepers and scrubber driers and Bendi narrow aisle and VNA Articulated forklifts.
MSM/DRH Limited are able to offer customers a friendly efficient service which covers everything from identifying their individual forklift truck needs, including providing finance, warranties, rapid part supply and highly responsive field service and repairs. In December 2019 we were appointed the Sany construction dealer for the area, whose range of equipment includes excavators from 1-6 ton up to 75 ton.
MSM/DRH Limited are agents for all the major tail lift manufactures which offer commercial tail lifts and passenger tail lifts. We are part of the Ratcliff 24/365 network covering sales, service and breakdowns throughout the three counties. The network also ensures we can contact another agent if we have a customer broken down outside our area so giving our local customers a national service.
With an extensive hire fleet we are able to offer short and long term hire services including rough terrain forklift hire and telehandlers.
Our engineers are fully certified by the Consolidated Fork Truck Services (CFTS) to carry out the statutory thorough examinations, which are required by the law for forklift trucks and tail lifts. We are also an agency for Calor Gas being able to distribute their range of LPG products including forklift bottles.

Alan Barnes - Managing Director
Alan has over 32 years of experience in the forklift industry. Alan joined the company as an apprentice, qualified as a forklift engineer and later ran the service. He successfully moved into sales and was instrumental in the management buyout in 2007. Alan's broad knowledge of the industry and wealth of experience enables him to understand the best solution for your business. Alan is a family man and his hobbies are Golf and Rugby.
Christine Waring - Finance Director
Christine is a qualified accountant with over 30 years experience, working in the forklift industry for over 15 years. Her role has developed since the buyout to include HR and introducing the Key service software to improve information for customers and engineers. Christine has two fur kids and her hobbies are Singing, walking, Gardening, Golf and baking cakes for the office.
Dean Tandy - Service Director
Dean has over 25 years experience in the forklift truck industry including 10 years with a major manufacture as senior engineer. Since 2007 Dean has championed the service, his broad knowledge and hands on approach has helped with the smooth running of a very busy service department. Dean likes spending time with his family and his hobbies are football, Motor X and Golf.
